We are delighted to offer free shipping on orders over £250. For these orders there will be a free shipping option in the checkout.

UK Orders
Domestics orders will be shipped using DHL that guarantees most goods arrive at their destination within 5 business days (exeptions may apply during sales periods). Shipping is £6.00.

EU Orders
European orders will be shipped using DHL that guarantees most goods arrive at their destination within 7 business days (exeptions may applya during sales periods). Shipping is £15.00.

Non-EU orders
Worldwide order will be shipped using DHL that guarantees most goods arrive at their destination within 9 business days (exeptions may applya during sales periods). Shipping costs £18.00.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange or refund your order, provided that item is in original condition and not on sale and that we receive the request within 14 days. All the Returns and/or Exchanges must be shipped via recorded delivery at the shipper’s expenses and if the Returns and/or Exchanges is from a Country outside of EU it must be specified as return due to tax reason (otherwise the parcel won’t be accepted).

We will refund the shipping costs if the parcel is returned due to our mistake.

SHIPPING

After we receive an order it can take up to 7-10 days to process the payment and order and then ship to our carrier. Please note that at this time we only process orders during business days.

Considerations:
Your order will be processed as soon as possilbe if your billing and shipping address are the same. If these are different we may need to contact you for further information.

DISCOUNT SALES

During the sales it may not always be possible to fulfil all the orders and some can be cancelled without communication from our end due to the high volume of transactions.

All sales of discount products are final. If you buy an item at full price and then the item is discounted within 14 days of purchase we will happily offer a refund of the difference.
