 Place an Order


After placing an order will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and it means that we have successfully received your order. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subjected to acceptance by us. The contract between us will only be made when we send shipping details of the goods have been dispatched. Ownership of the consignment passes to the customer when Evisu have received full payment. The consignment will be at customers risk from the time of delivery.

VAT


Please note from the 4th of January 2011 the VAT rate returns to 20% and you will see this on your bill.

Availability


All items are subject to availability. We will contact you individually, if the items you ordered are out of stock.
We regret that during the sales it may not always be possible to fulfill all the orders and some may be cancelled without notification from us due to the high volume of transactions.


Delivery


UK Orders

All domestic orders will be shipped using DHL who guarantee that most goods will arrive at their destination within 3 business days. (exceptions may apply during sales periods.) Shipping cost is £7.00

EU Orders

European orders will be shipped using, DHL or  Fedex who guarantee that most goods will arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days. (exceptions may apply during sales periods.) Shipping cost is £17.00


North America Orders


North American orders will be shipped using, DHL or Fedex who guarantee the arrival of most goods to their destination from 3-7 business days. (exceptions may apply during sales period.) Shipping cost is £17.00


Non EU Orders

Worldwide orders will be shipped using, DHL or Royal Mail International Signed For Service who guarantee the arrival of most goods to their destination from 5-10 business days. (exceptions may apply during sales period.) Shipping cost is from £21.00

 

Please note there will be additional charge for boxed items.


International Customers


Orders from outside the UK and EU are subject to import duties and taxes which are chargeable to you once the shipment reaches your country. The amount of import duty and tax you will be required to pay is determined by your country as customs policies vary worldwide. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

In addition, the order we ship out cannot be marked as a gift or sample so the value cannot be marked down. We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs in relation to package during shipping. 


 

Refunds and Exchanges

In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulation, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the items, providing the items are in original condition (all tickets and price tag must be attached).
Once you decide to return your order, please enclose a note including following information;

• Your full name, address and postcode
• Your order number (EV-UK+5 digit numbers)
• What you would like to do (exchange for different sizes or full refund etc)

Important Note for Returning Items


To return the items, you are responsible for the return shipping charge and please ensure that the items are securely packaged, complete and place a return address label on the parcel. Postage cost will only be refunded if the items are faulty.
We recommend that you send the returns by Recorded Delivery or only similar method of shipping which provides written proof that the package has been dispatched.
Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items.


International Customer

Please state that the parcel is a returned Items.

Faulty items and Received incorrect items

We take great care to process your order but if you receive a faulty item, please call 02031784236 or contact info@evisu.com. We will respond as soon as possible and instruct you on how to deal with this problem, please do not send the item back to us without contacting us first.
If you receive incorrect item, please send the items back to us, on receipt of these we will send you the correct item. The cost of shipping the incorrect item will be fully refunded to you.
